I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this concern as I’m sure everything is record. Service should’ve been provided as paid for and I should not have been punished for the staffs error of not properly ensuring guest were seen timely. I’m currently pregnant and left feeling relaxed but sad/upset at the lack of professionalism. The simple and professional response should’ve been, “we’re sorry, we will provide your service as paid for” instead I was taken advantage of as the front staff didn’t talk to the massage tech and the massage tech didn’t complete the 50 minute service as paid for. I waited after an extra 15 minutes to not disappoint my sister who purchased this for me. It was my first experience at this spa and that was extremely disappointing as this massage was a gift to me.
Was so embarrassed and disappointed to say anything in person. My 50 minute massage turned into 30/35 minute massage with no apology. Extremely disappointed in having to wait 15 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early.
